Would heavily advise against playing this shit. Half the roster is pointless to learn because of the top tiers, every combo takes 2 centuries to complete and will always end with your character dying if you’re the one getting hit and the switch when your character dies is just as, if not more cancer than fighterz SnapBack meta.

TLDR: only scrubs hate modern

just played this game in the alpha labs, and honestly, don't know if the build in the alpha labs is different than the one you played but i was unimpressed to say the least, everything about this game seems like what has already been done but toned down (and that's fine), but one thing i cannot stand is this recent thing that modern fighting games are doing with making movement in games sluggish to the point it feels characters are walking on quicksand (even the dashes are slow), overall it really does feel like another game that treats players as if they're dumb kids and doesn't really respect the ability of players to think and execute. It will probably do great among casuals, due to the appeal of the IP alone, but when it comes to the long run it will probably end up like the riot card game
